SHIPPING & RETURNS

Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order. Any returns made after this period may be rejected and sent to the original delivery address.

 

Item(s) must be in new condition, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free of hair and odors (smoke, perfume/cologne, sweat, etc.). Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s) and for the parcel itself until it reaches Movalke premises. We recommend sending returns via a traceable delivery service, but this is up to the customer’s discretion.

 

Refunds/Store Credit: Please send items back to the address below with a note stating your order number, which item(s) you are returning, and whether you would like a refund or store credit. Refunds may take up to 20 business days to process after being issued, depending on your individual financial institution.

 

Item(s) Exchange: Please include a note in the return package stating your order number, which item(s) you wish to exchange, and the new item(s) you wish to receive.

 

Damaged Item(s): If you received a damaged item, or we messed up your order, please contact our team directly using the contact information below.

SHIPPING

We can typically ship to virtually any address in the world. There are some restrictions on certain products and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and the shipping options you choose. Shipping rates for most items are weight-based and product weights can be found on the product detail page. Reflecting the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
